What to expect:
This is an in depth planning session. I will be a sounding board and guide, helping you navigate the science, and develop the knowledge and skills to improve all aspects of your health and performance - whether that is optimising training, improving sleep and recovery, working to minimise illness or add the nutritional components of injury rehab and management.
I do NOT write detailed meal plans* (so if that’s what you are after I am not your girl!), instead we will work together to create your performance fuelling plan, and answer ALL the questions. So come prepared to do the work, be curious and open minded - I am the support player on your journey!
Bring your questions and bring your notebook - I’m yours for the hour, then its over to you.
